BGIS is seeking a Construction Manager to  assist in the mid-life recapitalization of the complex which includes but is not limited to replacement of base building systems, the building envelope, and introducing new and refreshed Workplace and Public space that meets the latest GCworkplace Design Guidelines, the latest PSPC Technical Reference for Office Building Design (TRFOBD) and current industry standards. Deliverables will utilize BIM (Building Information Modelling) throughout design and construction. It will be submitted to the Client as an As-Built model upon project completion.
