Respondents are advised that there will be a MANDATORY site visit to be held on Tuesday, December 15, 2020. A maximum of one representative of each Respondent are permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet at Building A. In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, site visits will be conducted in small groups. Respondents are advised that they MUST preregister via email to the Procurement Specialist, Sean Brazeau, at Sean.Brazeau@BGIS.com by Friday, December 11 2020 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time and follow instructions provided upon registering to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Respondent’s Representative being refused access. The maximum amount of attendees per visit is 10. BGIS will contact all Respondents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times necessitated by COVID-19 restrictions.
