Description

THIS PROCUREMENT HAS SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

Conduct a systematic evaluation of the building cladding and envelope. The evaluation is to be conducted in such a manner that it provides an in-depth close up "snap-shot" of the cladding and envelope condition, state of repair, and identification of current or potential problems. Inspections shall be done from arms-length and be non-destructive. Focus is on identifying potential Health & Safety and asset integrity issues such as: loose material, failing adhesions/mechanical connections, and water/moisture infiltration that could lead to mold and indoor air quality issues on the building interior. Evaluation to focus on the west (rear) elevation and south (loading dock) elevation.
