Event Note

A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Rajesh Gupta at rajesh.gupta@bgis.com by end of the day on November 11, 2020 to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site
visit by Addenda.
In the event that less than three Proponents attend the site tour, BGIS may cancel the solicitation or schedule an alternative site tour.
