GOC1831411-CS - Implement SDS Recommissiong Audit Recommendations

Implementation of SDS Recommissioning recommendations as per Assessment Report (GOC372929). A copy of the Recommissioning Report will be provided to the successful proponent to review and implement its findings. BGIS suggest Recommendation #5 –Modification of heat exchanger’s controls from the report. Consultant to investigate and verify findings of the Assessment Report onsite and implement recommendations through the acceptance of all Stakeholders. However, Connaught building underwent a recent heating and cooling system upgrade under the ESAP project and that the consultant needs to review GOC372929 report recommendations and alter them based on the fact that the cooling and heating building systems are now different.
