Event Note

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their PPE such as Safety Boots/shoes, P100 Mask, photo ID required. Persons without PPE will not be permitted to access the site.

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager at 601 Booth Street, Ottawa, ON. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they MUST pre-register via email to priyanka.pai@bgis.com by the pre-registration deadline on this MERX notice before 2:00 PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site
