All individuals attending the site visit must bring/wear their PPE. Safety Boots, Shoes face masks, Photo ID required

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager at 1800 Walkley Road, Ottawa, ON. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they MUST pre-register via email to priyanka.pai@bgis.com by the pre-registration deadline on this MERX notice before 2:00 PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site
