Description

Scope of Work/Overview:
GOC991613 – Fire Alarm Replacement
Replace existing fire alarm system with new addressable fire alarm system. Provide new addressable devices, mineral insulated cable (fire alarm cabling) and conduit (as required) that meets current code requirements including notification and initiation devices throughout the building.
GOC1509675 – Security Upgrades
Update parking lot lighting, update door hardware throughout the building, supply and install window film on first floor windows.

Event Note

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 in ITT document. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the Site. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Rajesh.Gupta@bgis.com by 3:00 pm, Oct 22, 2020 to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid.
COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
