Description

Scope of Work/Overview:
Install new fully integrated base building card access system.
This project is to be priced based on after hours work from Mondays – Fridays from 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM and on weekends from 6:00 AM – 5:30 AM in order to not disturb the tenant services.

Event Note

A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the Site. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Rajesh.Gupta@bgis.com by Oct 16, 2020 befor 11AM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid.

COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit.
