Description

This project consists of relocating the fresh air intake that serves air handling unit 200 of the 10 Wellington tower. The consultant shall review both the existing fresh air intake location and size and exhaust openings/louvre locations and size on the roof and relocate the fresh air intake to possibly the middle of the west façade. The consultant shall ensure that the new fresh air location and size is adequate and meets all latest codes and standard and is free from any kind of exhaust air short circuiting. Consultants to provide exact size and location of the new louvers, hire the services of an architect if needed, as well as provide CO2 level monitoring before and after changes to confirm suction of exhaust air is not being done and CO2 levels are below code limits.

Proponents are advised that there will be an Optional site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 1.4 above. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Optional site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the 15, Eddy Street, Gatineau, Québec, J8X 4B3 Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised that they must preregister via email to Chady.Moussa@bgis.com by October 16, 2020 before 2:00 PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponents representative being refused access to the site.

For the Site Visit, please meet at BGIS Office, Les Terasses de la Chaudière
You must bring a Photo ID as well as your PPE (Hard Hat, Safety Booths & Glasses).
