Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within ITT item 2.6.15. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the 1050 Notre Dame Ave., Sudbury, ON, at the security desk. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to the procurement specialist (benoit.raymond@bgis.com) by the date specified within Section 2.6.15 of the ITT to be authorized to access the site.
COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to at all times where possible. Facial coverings must be worm by all individuals where social distancing cannot be maintained. All individuals are to follow Federal and Provincial guidelines as they relate to COVID-19 preventative measures.
