Description

10 old ladders to be cut up and removed and new ladders will need to be made and re-assembled in sections for installation. Mobile crane might be needed to install several ladders. Guard rails need to be installed around the 6 pits on roof top and fix platform above the fresh air access pits.

Event Note

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the 395 Wellington St., Ottawa, ON. K1A 0N4. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Abeera.akram@bgis.com by date and time specified within item 2.6.15 of the ITT to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.

Contractors to wear all required PPE and face coverings.
