Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative in the BGIS office at the Sudbury Taxation Centre, 1050 Notre Dame Avenue, Sudbury, Ontario. The BGIS office is located in the south-west corner of the public lobby entrance, all individuals will be required to sign-in. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to procurement specialist (benoit.raymond@bgis.com) by the date specified in Item 2.6.15 to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.
