Event Note

A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its
authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Optional site visit. Attendees will meet the
BGIS Representative in the main lobby of the RCMP H Division Headquarters at 80 Garland
Avenue, Dartmouth, NS. Parking will only be available on the street, no parking within the facility
compound will be available. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Proponents are advised
that they must pre-register via email to (machaela.kincade@bgis.com) by (September 22nd at
2:00PM) to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Proponents
representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Proponents that register and
confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.
