The work includes changing existing wall mounted card readers, installing new wall mounted card readers, upgrading wiring, install additional security devices, preparing for RCMP's network connection and performing type 1 abatements for installation of new equipment where necessary.

Event Note

Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within item 2.6.15 of the ITT. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the 350 King Edward Ave, Ottawa, ON. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Abeera.Akram@bgis.com by August 20, 2020 to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda.

All site visit attendees with come with required PPE equiement and meet at the main enterance of the building.
