Event Note
A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email to Rajesh.Gupta@bgis.com by Aug 10,2020 by 2 PM to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s Representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Bidders are only required to attend one scheduled site visit to be eligible to bid.
Once on-site please sign in at the loading dock. Meet outside of the Service Canada Centre on the main floor away from the entrance.
All visitors must:
1. Meet the COVID screening criteria prior to entering the office.
2. Wear masks at all times while on the premises.
3. Sanitize their hands before entering the office.
