A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the Lobby of the Brooke Claxton Building, 70 Columbine Driveway, Ottawa, Ontario. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. All individuals attending the site visit must bring their Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site. COVID-19 Site Specific Safety Plans and social distancing must be adhered to. Masks must be worn for the duration of the site visit. Failure of a Bidder to attend a mandatory Site Visit, properly register with the Project Manager on site and acknowledge your attendance and remain present for the duration of the Site Visit will entitle BGIS in its sole discretion to reject such Bidder’s Bid.
