PWG560229-CT-RFPQ - Health Protection Building Major Demolition

BGIS Global Integrated Solutions (BGIS) is inviting qualified Demolition Contracting firms to provide technical submissions against this RFPQ to pre-qualify for the next stage of this two-phase procurement process, in order to perform the Work required to complete the project for a Stipulated Price, in accordance with the Contract Documents.

As per NCA Owner-Investor’s Tiering Tool, the Health Protection building was noted to be a Tier 2 asset in ‘critical’ condition’ and several studies showed the building to be very costly to recapitalize; a decision was made to demolish it.
