Description

Currently, a temporary air-cooled chiller is located on the roof of Building 7. Due to lower than anticipated loads in the building, the air-cooled chiller is required to be permanently installed. Under the project PWG1902663 Permanent Tie-In - Temporary Chiller, the mechanical contractor will implement the system as per the consultant design and specifications. In addition, as per client request, PWG2332693 Redundant Air-Cooled Chiller Installation will have contractors provide for and install a second unit to provide redundancy.
