Description

BGIS Workplace Solutions Inc. (“WSI”) is inviting qualified Consulting firms to provide proposals and fee quotations for the provision of Consulting services for the completion of an Options Analysis with Energy/GHG Study Requirements for Terrace Health Facility, 3412 Kalum St. Terrace BC. WSI is delivering this project on behalf of the Real Property Division (RPD), Ministry of Citizens’ Services.

The successful Proponent in this Proposal call (the Consultant) will act as “Prime Consultant” and provide a team who can provide all required services and complete the assignment within the specified timeframe and budget. The proposed team will include, as required, the following consulting disciplines:

- - Architectural
  - Mechanical Engineering relating to HVAC and Plumbing
  - Electrical Engineering
  - Energy Modeler
  - Quantity Surveyor

The Consultant will provide a dedicated Managing Consultant for the duration of the assignment whose role will be to direct, coordinate, and ensure completion of all activities.
