The Exodus project is a renovation of a partial floor within the tenant space that has been previously demolished at Place Du Portage III. This fit-up is approximately 500 m². The construction will include the construction of a special purpose space and general office space that will include butbut not limited to: new partition walls and doors/hardware (with force protection and and STC ratings), new doors and hardware (with force protection and STC ratings), new floor finishes and baseboards, new wall finishes, new lighting and associated equipment. A new ceiling grid, T-bar and lighting is required along with Mechanical and Electrical equipment in the ceiling including HVAC and VAV boxes will be upgraded as needed to meet building code and building operational requirements. Life safety systems will be upgraded as per building code. Electrical work will include general power distribution and panel upgraded or replacement to meet the requirements of the new office space. Conduit pathways to be built will include the following systems: IT Communications and Security Systems. , Intrusion Alarm, Access Control, Video Surveillance, The project doesn't not require washroom or kitchen renovation.
