Description

BGIS Workplace Solutions Inc. (“WSI”) is inviting qualified Consulting firms to provide proposals for the provision of consulting services for Douglas Building – Envelope Repairs. WSI is delivering this project on behalf of the Real Property Division (RPD within the Ministry of Citizen Services’.

The successful Proponent in this Proposal call (the Consultant) will act as “Prime Consultant” and provide a team who can provide all required services and complete the assignment within the specified timeframe and budget. The proposed team will include, as a minimum, the following consulting disciplines:

- Architectural
- Structural (Acoustical Sounding of Building Exterior)
- Professional Quantity Surveyor
- Heritage Consultant

The Consultant will provide a dedicated Managing Consultant for the duration of the assignment whose role will be to direct, coordinate, and ensure completion of all activities.

Fee Quotations are to be submitted via MERX on-line bid submission form ONLY on the date and time noted on the MERX bid posting.

MERX on-line bid submission will not allow posting of bids after the time and date noted in the bid posting.

Proposals submitted by any of method than MERX on-line bid submission will not be considered by BGIS WSI.
