Description

Statement of Work/Overview:

This project encompasses replacing the existing vacuum pumps located in the basement and first floor hallway of 2301 Midland Ave, with new units. This includes the removal and decommissioning of the old pumps, disconnection from the vacuum piping network, removal/decommissioning of the storage tanks in the basement and associated electrical work. Followed by the installation of new vacuum pumps, connection to the existing vacuum piping network, and associated electrical work. The BAS controls will need to be extended to both vacuum pumps providing start/stop and status controls. Make good all areas impacted by construction. Ensure all work complies with latest applicable Code (National), Safety Acts & ESA/TSSA regulations.

All work to be completed only after hours and or weekends. Scanning and Delivery of materials should only be after hours and or on weekends.
