Description

The Contract Eliminate Water Pooling includes the rehabilitation of the north existing patio area. The area is currently sloped towards the building which results in water pooling along the front. Included in the scope of work is the removal and reinstallation of existing and new lock stone. The concrete slabs and curb along the front of the building will be removed to raise the grade to ensure proper drainage. A new slab will be poured at the north end of the building so that the building identification sign can be reinstalled.
