This project is for the Demolition of the EXODUS office space and the Fit-up of the ATIP office space. There is no Abatement required as part of this scope of work. If any Designated Substances are discovered during the performance of this contract, it is to be brought to the attention of the BGIS project manager immediately.
ATIP Fit-up:
This high-secure office space has been modified to support the Client’s requirements. In summary, the contractor is responsible for relocating an existing secure drop-box, installing infrastructure to support security upgrades, providing oversight to the Security Equipment installer and modifying the existing furniture to accept the additional Private Network data drops.
EXODUS Demolition:
This high-secure office space has been designed to support PSPC’s vision to provide a workplace that attracts, retains and enables public servants to work smarter, greener and healthier to better serve Canadians. The objective is to create a modern, flexible and innovative workplace of the future supporting the Government of Canada’s Workplace renewal initiative while meeting stringent security requirements.
In summary, the contractor is responsible for dismantling and moving the existing furniture, demolishing the existing office space, and installing temporary construction walls to protect areas outside the scope of work.
