• Locker room conversion on 2nd flr – convert this open space into 2 separate (men’s & women’s) locker rooms with proper ventilation and AC & heat if deemed by consultant as a requirement.
• Monitor Room Fit-Up - Construct new monitor room as per RCMP PMM to meet operational policy compliance in the back room off the mechanical room. Create secure file storage room with industrial shelving within this same space.
•  Install one-way glass separating the main area of the detachment from the anti-vault counter. This will provide the public no visibility to the inside of the detachment.
• Create new telephone room/ breathalyzer room located in what is now the fitness area within the cell block.
