Description

Work of this Contract comprises of the upgrading of the cooling tower water chemical treatment
systems at the Nicholas Denys Building in Bathurst, NB and integrating the new cooling tower water
chemical treatment systems to the existing Energy Management Control System (EMCS). It also
includes providing two (2) new condenser water recirculation pumps (one (1) for each cooling tower).
The new pumps shall be controlled by the existing EMCS and work on a lead/lag basis and alternate
weekly.
