Description

  1. BGIS is seeking consulting services for the demolition and fit-up of a single floor office at PDP 3, 11 Rue Laurier, Gatineau, QC. This project will be referred to as PDP 3 – Single Floor Fit-up for the remainder of the document.
  2. The Consultant will produce two tender ready packages, support BGIS through the tender phases and provide construction administration services. The demo package (A1) and fit-up package (A2) will be tendered separately for a Demolition GC and a Fit-up GC.
  3. This solicitation is available for Architects, Interior Designers or Engineering Firms to act as the Prime Consultant. This scope of work doesn’t include any items/areas that exclusively require an Architect’s sign-off.
  4. Refer to Appendix C1: Scope of Work, Appendix C2: Schedule A – Services and Appendix C3: Commissioning Requirements. These appendices are to be reviewed and understood for the required services and deliverables.
