Description

 This project is to correct deficiencies in the existing fire dampers, review coverage and correct to ensure the installation meets code and seismic requirements.  
Following a site survey and inspection in 2018, there are 83 existing fire dampers at 350 King Edward, distributed throughout the building between the sub-basement, basement, floors 1, 2, 3 and the penthouse.
In addition there are approximately 16 new dampers that need to be installed.
