Description

Scope of Work/Overview:
- Replacing the existing Digital Video Recorder (DVR) system with a new system, which will include two new computers and 2 monitors per work station (a total of 4 monitors);
- Installing seven (7) additional cameras throughout the building in addition to removing and replacing the seven existing cameras at the building;
- Replacing the existing electric strikes at the main entrances;
- Replacing the loading dock doors with new electric strike doors;
- Construction of three concrete filled, structural steel bollards at the rear of the building to protect the existing gas line; and
- Installing 12 mil impact-resistant security film on all windows to a height of 3m above grade.

The intent of this notice is to finalize Bidder's List. Proponents are hereby notified that in order to be eligible under this notification, their firm must hold, at minimum, a Designated Organizational Screening (DOS) certificate issued by CISD. Respondents must provide proof of their DOS Clearance by submitting their Security Clearance certificate and/or number.

If you would like to be invited for RFQ;
1) please submit proof of DOS Clearance.
2) Sign attached NDA.
Only those Proponents will be considered; who will submit above mentioned documents in Merx and sign Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with BGIS.
