GOC1447998 - Contractor Services - Air Supply 8 Demo & Alternative Solution Install

Scope of Work/Overview:
Work of this Contract comprises the following:
.1 Mechanical demolition, mechanical renovation, electrical demolition, BMS upgrades, reconfiguring existing BMS.
.2 Converting the source of combustion air for the boilers from AS-8 to direct venting.
.3 Changing the boiler controls scheme to reflect the removal of AS-8 in the existing building automation control system. Addition of frost sensor and hydronic pressure sensor to BMS. Modify BMS graphics as necessary to reflect removal of AS-8.
.4 Physical removal of AS-8, pumps and piping, and proper disposal of AS-8 and associated pumps and piping.
.5 All the electrical work associated to .4 above. Demolition of electrical feeds to pumps and fans associated with AS-8. Relabeling baskets on MCC panel.
      .6 Recommissioning of boilers, pumps, heating plant and BMS system.
