Description

The project consists of supplying and installing a new kitchenette complete with millwork, sink, appliances, electrical, mechanical, HVAC works, new vinyl flooring and painting. The design drawings will be provided following a consultation with an engineering regarding the potential removal of a wall. The final finishes will be selected by the Canada School of Public Service (CSPS) Accommodations Services. The consultant must take into consideration the heritage character of the building.
