The RFP is to procure a consultant for five Carbon Neutral studies.  The purpose of a Carbon Neutral Studies is to identify opportunities to significantly reduce the building’s energy consumption and resulting greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. The proposed changes should also significantly reduce the energy costs for the building. The requirements outlined in the attached scope of work, including all referenced documents, must be met for the Carbon Neutral studies.
