Description

Brief Scope:
.1 New fence with gate to protect the main incoming gas service.
.2 New access control system on all perimeter doors that do not have card access control. Contractor to work with Chubb. Chubb will supply and install the required cables but all the conduit is to be supplied and install by contractor.
.3 Installation of new security film on the interior of all ground floor windows.
.4 Elevating existing exterior ductwork at high level.

The intent of this notice is to finalize Bidder's List. Proponents are hereby notified that in order to be eligible under this notification, their firm must hold, at minimum, a Designated Organizational Screening (DOS) certificate issued by CISD. Respondents must provide proof of their DOS Clearance by submitting their Security Clearance certificate and/or number.

If you would like to be invited for RFQ;
1) please submit proof of DOS Clearance.
2) Sign attached NDA.
Only those Proponents will be considered; who will submit above mentioned documents in Merx and sign Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with BGIS.
