This is a REPOST of the cancelled October 11, 2018 listing in order to provide 2 Envelope Bid Submission Process  as listed in the RFP.    The document package is same as previous October 11, 2018 listing.   

Statement of Work/Overview:
Conduct a thorough and professional review of existing building and systems to identify energy and water conservation opportunities, provide a detailed description of each measure with an assessment of existing conditions, energy and water savings calculations, GHG emissions reduction, costs, payback, NPV, etc. Identify GHG emission reduction opportunities in line with Federal Government policies and targets.  By linking existing Capital Plans and Equipment life cycle, with new technological solutions, the consultant is required to provide sound engineering economic analysis for 5 year planning intervals up to 25 years for measures that have a positive NPV. The Consultant must include Low cost and No cost measures with a less than 5 year simple payback.
