Work of this Contract comprises the demolition, preparation, and reinstallation of flooring in the 5 living units. - Demolition: Remove & dispose of existing flooring materials (carpet and linoleum), rubber wall base, and transition strips in areas to receive new flooring materials.

Prepare existing flooring substrate surfaces to receive new linoleum sheet flooring and integral cove base.
Install new sheet flooring, linoleum integral base, and transition strips.
