Description

This entire project will involve the investigation, design and potential replacement of the parking lot asphalt, lighting, retaining walls, Vehicle Card Access System, and fencing. The building is fully occupied and is anticipated to stay occupied throughout the life of the project.

The objective of this portion of the project is to analyze options and determine the best approach to addressing issues with the parking lot at the Dominion Public Building, Moncton, New Brunswick. This is a project which will be implemented as per the PSPC NPMS templates and process as identified for the Project Identification stage from investigation to completion and approval of preliminary IAR.

Proponents are advised that there will be an Optional site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 1.5 above. Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager at the Dominion Public Building, Located at 1045 Main Street, Moncton, NB.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including: safety shoes/boots, safety vests. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
