Statement of Work/Overview:

Loading dock modernization study is required to analyze the best way to remedy the use and necessity of the loading dock. OH&S issues have been identified and have been provided to PM for attention. Options to be evaluated according to PSPC's GHG Methodology (high speed door motors, weather stripping, LED lighting, etc...)

Better use of loading dock and to prevent further OH&S issues. Existing dock system is unwieldy and has been damaged by vehicle impacts. The system is deteriorating and has reached the end of its service life.
