Description

All existing handrails/ guardrails located within the La Salle Academy stairwells require replacement and /or modification in order to meet the 2015 National Building Code and all applicable Accessibility Codes. Work to include installation of new color contrasting and tactile warning surfaces on all treads. The consultant shall provide options for remediation ( ie: repair vs replacement or combination of both), and offer a selection of materials and finishes complete with recommendations and Class D cost estimate for each option.
