PWG1591892 - Creation of Satellite Pharmacy (Consulting Services)

Architectural/Design consultant lead will provide for and carry all required engineering disciplines and other disciplines that may be required in order to facilitate this project’s consulting requirements. Consultant scope of work is from inception through to construction and closeout. Consultants will perform full reviews of the client requirements for the proposed pharmacy and evaluate the options of available floor space within the South Campus for the purposes of identifying several suitable locations within that floor space which would be capable of accommodating this new pharmacy. Consultant will conduct site feasibility evaluations, design and the complete range of consulting services associated with constructing this new satellite pharmacy for turn over to the end user. A Work Place 2.0 Gap analysis will be conducted by the project consultants in order to assess the impact (if any) and variances that would be required for converting the identified floor space area from its current use and function and repurposing that existing space with the new pharmacy into that space.

This project contains a Security Clearance requirement for access into the project site.
