Description

The purpose of this Request for Standing Offer (“RFSO”) is for BGIS to solicit all-inclusive hourly rates from interested persons to complete Steam System Audits relating to certain federal buildings, facilities, and properties in the National capital region on an “as and when required” basis. Submitting a response with an all-inclusive hourly rate that, in Brookfield Global Integrated Solution’s sole and absolute discretion, is considered to be commercially unreasonable may be deemed non-compliant.
