Description

This consultant to conduct a review of all of the existing fire dampers within the RH Coats building to determine if they meet current code and to determine their lifecycle condition. The study should include testing the operator of the fire dampers to ensure the spring action to close the devices are functioning properly. Building operations has advised that some of the fire dampers are beginning to fail causing them to close when not required.
The consultant to conduct a floor by floor review of each damper.
