Investigate all 12 Air Intake unites on S1 level , with the aim of identifying transit panel, which contain non-friable asbestos , and remove the Non-Friable ACM, from all air intake and air handling unites, and re-insulate it. Investigate the 7 fresh air plenums, two in the east tower penthouse, two in the west tower penthouse, the East Commercial air intake, the West Commercial air intake and SF12.
