Statement of Work/Overview:

This is a study only project, the scope of the project is to investigate how sound from the 7th floor holding cell area is transferring through the slab to the 8th floor MRO office

Consultant is to propose what options could be implemented to that would reduce or eliminate the impact of the sound transfer while having the tenant maintain their current operations.
As this is a study only project an Investment Analysis Report will not be required.
