GOC372873-CS - Floor Expansion Joints Replacement

Tower A -Remove and replace existing expansion joints throughout the ground and first floors.
The expansion joints are badly deteriorated in several areas and are failing to prevent water infiltration. The expansion joints in the basement parking are beyond their service life and are in poor condition, with evidence of water leaking and spalled adjacent concrete elements. The lobby expansion joints are also showing signs of wear from the constant pedestrian traffic. Replacement of these expansion joints is recommended to be included in the on-going basement garage repairs program.
