Statement of Work/Overview:

The scope of work for the project is to improve sound transfer within CBSA space by reviewing the existing study and confirming areas for changes and construction. The consultant should also review the National Building Code for sound Transmission. While a study has been completed, the consultant is required to review site and advise on how the sound transfer can be improved.
