Intent of the project is for the consultant to provide an in depth study/report with the items stated in the
project description for the species at risk report for the 4 facilities. Consultant as part of the NPRI inspection/reporting is to determine all possible pollutant equipment at the site which would emit any green house gases or ozone depleting systems, NOX, etc. Also including electricity consumption for each building. This would also include any fuel burning equipment and exhaust systems from the facility and natural gas equipment on the premises. On the report indicate the potential risks involved with any of the items listed above if identified. Include in the report the bylaws/regulations the allowable discharge to the surrounding environment.


As part of the study consultant to complete a thorough species at risk investigation for each site which will identify species in the area and properties immediately surrounding the site and identify the risks in conjunction as well with the pollutants in the area which may harm the species. Include in the report harmful substances, limits as per city or federal regulations that can be allowed on the premises (i.e. wetlands, ponds, sewer system) if any run offs.
