GOC887932 - Contractor - Flood Restoration Project

epair the flood effected area on the west side of the 1st floor. Scope of work to include:
 
1. New 5/8 inch drywall ceiling with spray on acoustical treatment in west corridor including in front of ladies washroom and at entrance into Revpro office area.  Refer to attached pics. Included in this item:
a. Removal and cleaning of 8 circular lighting fixtures.  Rewiring/reballast/relamp of fixtures and reinstallation.
b. Reinstallation of 4 strip diffusers on both sides of west corridor.  2 per side.
c. Ceiling cut to fit existing sprinkler heads complete with new escutcheon plates.
d. Patch and paint top 12 “ of wall directly beneath ceiling on either side of corridor.
e. New 2 tube 4 foot recessed fixtures in Revpro entrance
f. New 6” potlight infront of ladies bathroom door.
g. Reinstall and reactivate smoke detector in Revpro entrance.
h. Reinstall 3 new 24” x 24” access hatch.  2 in main corridor and 1 in Revpro entrance area.
 
2. Reinstallation of new vinyl floorboards in the corridor, elevator room, lounge area and west stairwell and Revpro area as per attached drawing.
3. Reinstallation of bottom 24” drywall in Revpro area entrance, elevator machine room, ladies bathroom lounge as per drawing.  Repaint walls to match.
4. Reinstallation of vinyl floorboards underneath 4 radiators in Southwest corner of Revpro area.   To be done after hours.  Contractor to move furniture away from walls during construction and replace furniture after construction is complete.
5. Paint walls in between 4 rads in southwest corner of Revpro area.
6. Carpet in ladies lounge to be lifted, cleaned and readhered to floor.
7. Replace drywall and tile in bottom 2’ of bathroom areas as per floor plan.  Counter to be removed and reinstalled to facilitate tile installation.
8. New 24” x 24” access hatch in mens washroom vestibule to reach service area behind wall.
