Remove approximately 56 square meters of grass at the rear of building adjacent to Mill Lane, which will be replaced with proper substrate base and pavement. A section of curb will also be removed so that the new asphalt can be tied into the existing asphalt. New line painting will also be completed. Included in this option is the placement of approximately 7 square meters of clear stone behind the existing equipment cage to prevent grass and weeds from growing. The planter at the southeast corner of the building along Mill Lane will receive a concrete paver permeable surface to decrease maintenance requirements as requested by the client. The last item that will be included in this option is the replacement of the existing 8-foot metal railing adjacent to the garage door with a galvanized railing. Existing card reader will not be upgraded and will be re-installed once the new railing is in place.
