GOC1247047-CS-1 - Accessibility Audit (Level III) for all three (3) Pavilions

Conduct an accessibility audit to identify measures for aligning with barrier free requirements at existing property to significantly reduce and potentially eliminate any accessibility deficiency and all associated risks and meet latest building codes and accessibility standards, meeting the most stringent of these. The study will address non-compliant issues mentioned in the 2017 BCR, such as compliance of elevators with ASME A17.1/CSA B44; and compliance of toilets and accessible parking with CAN/CSA B651-12. Produce a comprehensive report that goes through existing conditions, deficiencies, with recommendations and cost (class D)
